This guy seems suspicious. He is just trying to get more info like his IPs and then start erasing them.

If this guy is genuine, then I urge all the victims to meet up with him. Each put out some money and pay him to hunt him down. If you are from sabah or afrika and can't attend the meeting, at least contribute some money. I am sure it won't be enough for a professional fee but at least you are doing something and since we have a nice professional willing to help, why not?
