Stayed before in Kuta, Bali.
Love the beds. Very comfortable. Powerful shower. Clean and bright room. Small and compact. Very convenient as well. Only drawback is open window see corridor.

QUOTE(P.I.M.P @ Aug 20 2010, 04:58 PM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « lovely! your room don't have windows? do they have windowed room? i don't think they had much rooms with windows opening up to an open area but you can ask the reception. my parents stayed at kota kinabalu tunes and got a windowed room which was really great according to them. however, when they ask whether if they can book a room with windows the next time when they come, the reception say that its up to luck which room you get. i dunno about the bali one. |

QUOTE(rlinux @ Dec 3 2010, 09:39 AM) Honestly saying, I'd say Tune Hotel s*ck! If you are someone who can't sleep with noise, prefer some compartment to at least walk or sit then this is not the right choice. You'll have problem getting a good sleep cos people next door or from the same floor will be going in and out of their room. And the noises produced from the doors is like being slammed all the time. You can hear kids screaming as well. Basically Tune Hotel is a room with a bed and bathroom that's all. Even the table is a fold-able one by the bed. They charge extra if you want additional air-con usage, kick you out of the room when it's only 11am. well, it IS a budget hotel.i'm pretty satisfied with their service compared to other cheap motels which are mostly dodgy and dirty. i also think charging for usage of air-conditioning is reasonable because most of us leave the air-cond on the whole day even when we're not around which is such a waste of electricity. which tune hotel did you stay btw? |

QUOTE(joeylny @ Dec 27 2010, 07:39 PM) haven't stayed at tune hotel legian before but i can tell you it is very far away from hard rock kuta.if you want to stay at a place nearer to hard rock kuta, why not stay at tune hotel kuta? it's 10 min walk from the beach, which is where hard rock kuta is. |

It's like a touch and go card. When you want to use it, then you use it. If you think you won't be using the aircond for more than 12 hours accumulated, then just get the 12 hours one. Or else get 24 hours.
3d2n better get 24 hours la. Mainly use aircond overnight, per night say 9pm-9am already 12 hours lor. |

Actually I think the fan is good enough cause the room is small so the fan also straight blow at you when you are on the bed. |

QUOTE(Tashiro_79 @ Mar 30 2011, 12:37 PM) I tried the one in KL before. Quite stupid because you have to pay for everything. Aircon, tower, toiletries and even tissues. It's a budget hotel la. The rate can be cheap but u have to pay for all the extra stuff. STUPID Not to mention, I don't feel comfortable during the night too. Feels like got spirit in the room. SPOOOOKKYYYYYYY........... Even those kampung hotel in some island, there are cheaper rooms with no Aircond and no toiletries. Bed might be low quality and have dirty bed linens and towels. Tune hotel is good enough as it has given us the basic and even a 5 star bed. I bring my own toiletries whenever I go travel. Most of my friend bring their own towels as well. I don't mind the Aircond as I actually prefer fan. Haven't stayed at kl one so dunno about the ghosts and spirits. Hehe. |
