tune hotel is good provided you book early and get the room for cheap.

the bed is superb and the shower is nice (but everything else pretty much sucks).

I've stayed a number of times in Tune Hotel KK and JB, and each time the shower was very very nice. Water is hot and water volume was super high.

Don't take this personally, but you're an idiot. This is the way Tune Hotels does business. Right up front at time of booking/paying online already they make it very clear that you need to pay extra for the amenities. Don't like don't stay lar, nobody forcing you what.

Tune to Curve/1U is like 2-3 km ... no idea how much that is in taxi ringgits. shouldn't be too much.

It's because your reply is as if Tune Hotels are running a scam job cheating you of your money.

If you pay rm400 to go stay in the Westin and they don't give you free towels then yes you have every right to complain. But Tune is very very very open up front about their business model. If you didn't like it you should've stayed somewhere else, not stay and then come call them stupid on forums.
