if during 90's yes...many lecturer are from sijil...

well,one thing abt politeknik is the chance of continuing your degree is a bit lower.B
ecause of the difference of the teaching system between university and polytechnic,
many former poli students fail their first yr of degree if they did not adapt well to uni life
