video calling need not be configured, u could just straight away make a video call.. most probably for your case, your other party does not have a 3G phone or is out of the 3G coverage area.

Hi guys want to ask does window mobile 6.5 works okay on Htc touch Hd?
I bought one set yesterday and the owner upgraded to 6.5,telling that the phone might be lag and such.Since yesterday till now my phone auto reboots quite often.So I wanted to know will that better changing back to 6.1?
I wanted to connect my phone to pc but I cant,nothing displays on my pc when I plug in my phone.Also,when I try to use bluetooth,it said hardware problem.Im too new guys,please help me
