USPL will not..All the new ROM require SPL version 1.54 and above..I believe your SPL version is 1.14..in order to use new ROM, you must upgrade to 1.54..

You can use the Data Controller in the "Internet" folder..and is there a drop down list for 23569 version?

its depends on the ROM..most of the latest ROM have this features..when you go Music and Photo Tab..it will rotate the screen.. nod.gif
