1. Yes, install custom ROM will void the warranty, but you can always go back to the stock ROM when you want to send for warranty.
2. Can, but you must install 3rd party software. Download here : http://hotfile.com/dl/34460882/b6a7768/ZTA4.rar.html
(Install sunglobe.cab for chinese viewing)
3. Yes, custom ROM able to do that.
