Download HD Tweaks - is freeware - very useful and you can tweak many functions eg your stated softe menu keys

Don't expect a straight answer - please do some research yourself over that website ; you will not regret

yaya~ i would like to know that also~ which Rom is the best as u guys tried??
i'm using Duttys HD WM6.5 Leo R5~
but it's kinda slow~ thinking to change it to R15 duttys~

any better idea for others Roms??

if not mistaken Manila should be same as wat they called it TouchFlo 3D (HTC sense)~

If you want to have smooth Manila 2.5 (WM 6.5), try Xannytech ROM (without HTC messaging).

Disable HTC Task Manager and Weather effect (you still have weather at clock there, choose static wallpaper).

no u wouldnt lost yr imei or such..yr warranty void cz u change it to unofficial rom..just like cars..when under warranty,u must use engine oil and sparepart provided by the manufacturer..it works the same way with the warranty of our HD..
n bout the messaging,HTC messaging that goes with manila 2.5 is laggy,so they remove it to reduce lag..n dun worry,u can still use sms n mms..

Newer HTC messaging make our HD very sluggish. So some of the great ROM chef removed the HTC messaging and use back WM messaging which is fast.

eh help...after i flashed with new ROM...why my screen greenish and the graphic so sucky..?

Greenish screen means you have flashed wrongly. The spl does not match. uPSL first then flash ROM. It will solve your problem.

wht do u mean by uSPL 1st? i did use USPL 1st then execute the RUU wrapper..

how to know which spl to use?
