Agree with gilabola, rental yeild not that great, IMHO, capital appreciation wont be that great as well as I think it mainly cater for student market, and probably government institution and other corporate training centers around. Amenities not tat great as it is in the middle of SKVE. no near by township (nearest will be BBB, serdang, putrajaya and kajang) or any major commercial hub (closest will be BBB but saperated with NS highway).. But you can expect to get a steady stream of rental income as student market is quite resilient..
Good thing about this location is good road network to serdang, kajang, putrajaya, cyberjaya, BBB and puchong.
IMHO, RM240 per sqft is very high for this location and with so-so layout plus unknown developer. The price tag is even more expensive than the condos in puchong area http://projects.realestate.net.my/Detailed/4.html
