Yeaps, I'm looking forward to seeing how Keano and Sunderland deals with the sudden hype over promotion into the Premiership. Can they be the next Reading? Who knows

Plus it was his own defender that sealed it for Wigan with that stupid handball. And they couldn't take down a weakened 10 men team at their own stadium? Warnock, since when did you ever rely on a favor and ignore your own game?

My bet is on the current bottom three to get relegated. Reading's recent form has been abyssmal... Eight straight losses?

QUOTE(Duke Red @ May 12 2008, 01:18 PM) As you've hinted, their downfalls stems from the fact that they added nothing new to their squad and became predictable. Sidwell made a bad career move if you ask me, much like Scott Parker did when he signed for Chelsea. He had the likes of Frank Lampard, Michael Ballack, Jon Obi Mikel, Claude Makalele and Michael Essien to compete with. What was he thinking? The moolah? When Chelsea comes knocking, its hard to say no. Still a bad move career wise though, barely got enuff games. And he's the bloke with the no. 9 jersey right? Gone are the days numbers like those were reserved for centre forwards.Derby was a joke. Undeservingly scraped thru the playoffs and been super poor in the league. 11 points in 38 games? Gosh. |
