Weather it's a worthy upgrade or not depends on how much you're willing to spend on the receiver and sub. If you can get at least the Yamaha RX-V663 and spend around RM1.5k for the sub then you'll definitely have a much better setup compared to the Gigaworks Im contemplating to upgrade from gigaworks to quintets III.
