This had happened twice and the seller didnt even want to reply to our pm.

I think the real issue here is whether bedshape bought/sell those accounts are genuine or hacked/stolen or whatever.

How about we invite a mod to monitor his sales?
Lets just treat this 2 guy's case as "exception" or benefit of doubt for him selling accounts are real genuine and somehow got some problem, but anymore buyer complaining then he should not be let go again...

Hack/stolen/phished accounts can be done easily and thus replacing, and keep replacing accounts are not a solution and most probably the seller has problems with his goods.

I strongly suggest anymore buyer complaining about accounts banned/locked then he may not sell his stuffs anymore.

wow so long. transferring money using online take less than 5 minutes. so i think no reason why delaying it. plus he managed to surf the damn slow steam site to purchase b4, why not the bank website. btw, i admire ur patient...

FINALLY, he managed to gain RM 1 profit from me! what a 'genius' business man!

i banked in to him 9.99 x 3.6% = 35.964 = RM36 (add 0.36 sen as tips)

he refunded me = RM 35

his new balance: RM316.34!!!!!!!!!! he's a rich man now, nice!!!!
