I don't think that's necessarily an ASTRO decision.

Coming from a background working with these creative companies - you'd be surprised how highly our animation content is regarded abroad.

Al Jazeera Children's Channel, Jetix, Disney - they buy content which they think will sell.

So even if you don't like Upin Ipin, or Mustang Mama, or any of the other contents (and I also agree Disney should still feature their classics) doesn't mean it's a downgrade in quality.
