i'm in KL but without transport, where can we COD, or how does the postage works?

my dog chew my 3-months-old Philips SHE9621... sigh..it was a birthday present, i don't even dare to tell my colleagues that it got chew by my bad bad dog...

hi last year around June i bought a soundMAGIC PL30 with you, now the earphone i plug into my mp3 player only a portion of the sound is heard, if i pull it out a bit at the connector then the other portion of sound is heard, is it still available for warranty claim?
