hi,

i bought a pl21 from you a while ago, i'm currently loving it but the foam earbuds i've been using has hardened after using it considerably. the silicon buds are to flimsy for my liking and i wish to buy replacement silicon earbuds off the internet. but i'm not sure what i'm supposed to be looking for, as i've realised that the earphone tip differs from brand and make.

Hi, there seems to be a problem with my earphones. The left side seems to have lost volume and bass.

Am I entitled to the 1 year warranty for this defect? Do advise. Thank you!
