QUOTE(night_wolf_in @ Jun 6 2009, 03:42 AM) not really, lampard as good as he seems, doesnt come as the quality of kaka. loosing kaka is like losing messi from barca, or CR from man u. oww man..nothing special with kaka..he is normal human being, just got a bit of talent thrown by god to him..sincerely,i will stop support chelsea if kaka come to stamford bridge..it will be the biggest mistake just like sheva..the real kaka already gone after awarded with ballon d'or.. QUOTE(ubeyou @ Jun 7 2009, 05:11 PM) chelsea launch 30m on pirlo, if we sell pirlo, protect kaka should not a problem. its a nightmare to hv pirlo with 30m..a big NO to him..enough with old players..say no to old playa..

night wolf i think u misunderstood my statement. i meant the importance of both players. they have different sets of qualities that make them absolutely integral to the team..losing them would mean potentially reducing the effectiveness of the squad by about 50%. in terms of playing style of course they're vastly different. but both are equally adept at providing truckloads of assists and goals which makes them important. i do feel milan are lining up a good replacement..with the mountain of money they're about to receive, how can they not? quite curious as to who they're going to get as well.

Is Gourcuff already sold to Bordeaux? He'd be a cost-effective way of replacing Kaka, while the 65m can be spent on other areas in defence and attack.

OFFICIAL: Kaka Signs For Real MadridQUOTE Brazilian international Kaka has finally made the switch from AC Milan to Real Madrid.
The Spanish media have been claiming the deal, worth approximately €65 million, had been as good as done for some time, but it has now finally been confirmed by Real Madrid and AC Milan.
Real Madrid's statement read:
"Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, Kaka, is a Real Madrid player after an agreement was reached with AC Milan. The Brazilian footballer has now successfully passed all medical tests. Kaka has signed a contract with Real Madrid for the next six seasons."
Meanwhile, AC Milan's statement read:
"From next season, Kaka will play at Real Madrid. Milan thank Kaka the man and the great champion for his decisive contribution to the many victories over the last six years.
"It will be very difficult to fill the void that Kaka will leave, as he is a shining example of commitment and professionalism. A. C. Milan, on behalf of the Rossoneri managers, players and supporters, send him the most cordial and affectionate wishes for the continuation of his sporting career."
The Move
Los Blancos gave Kaka a medical today, flying a doctor out to meet the former Sao Paulo man while he was on international duty with Brazil.
The deal was made official after the 27-year-old spoke with Milan president Silvio Berlusconi over the telephone, although Milan officials have been reluctantly admitting over the pat few days that there was the possibility their player could leave the San Siro.
Kaka joined Milan in 2003, winning the Ballon d'Or during his time with the club and playing a starring role in the 2004 Scudetto and 2007 Champions League triumphs.
Newly elected Real Madrid president Florentino Perez promised to bring in big names after taking over, in order to restore the club to it's former glory after their inability to challenge for Europe's top prize in recent seasons. It appears that Kaka was the first name on his list.

Lies, Lies and more lies from the plastic faced skirt chaser
Damn Berlusconi. Not only he and Galliani are the ones that push Kaka away, he had the cheekiness to lie about it. He said that he begged Kaka to stay but that the decision is not his. Real Madrid can't even talk to Kaka without Milan's consent and he is the owner of Milan so it is obvious who's fault this all is.
I wish all of luck to Kaka and I don't blame him one bit. He is a stand up guy who got caught in the situation. There is no point staying when it is obvious the club wants him sold.
Economy
I do not understand the need to sell Kaka because it is obvious the monetary problems stems from subpar performance on the pitch. The club didn't qualify for the champions league last year so of course they will be in the red. The best way to solve this problem is to play better and win trophies, not by selling your most important player because by selling they get paid only once. Not to mention they need to spend for a replacement.
Pride and the Bucktooth pet
My theory there are two reasons why Kaka is sold. The first one is that Berlusconi knows that Milan needs a makeover and he is too cheap to make the nessessary investments. He lied by saying he invest a lot of money last year to bring new signings to Milan. The truth is in the summer dealings last year with all the players sold and bought Milan spend only around 3 million pounds. Relegation teams spend more money than that, no wonder we are not competitive. Let's all pay attention whether he is lying again or not this summer. He promise to invest all the money back into players. Kaka + Gourcuff money means Milan got 80 million euros from selling players. Let's see whether they spend that much or not.
The second reason is that Berlusconi wants ronaldinho to play and wants Milan to play with two strikers. See the problems there? Too many attacking midfielders, too few fit strikers. Since Ronaldinho is Berlusconi's 'it' thing now so Kaka is the odd man out. Ancelotti wants a striker last season and not Ronaldinho for obvious reasons but Berlusconi did not heed him and sign Ronaldinho anyway. Now he wants to prove that he is correct in signing Ronaldinho and Milan will not miss Kaka because of his absolute genius of a signing last summer.
Most Important Player
Watching Milan's play last year it is obvious Kaka is Milan's main man. It is no coincidence that Milan's lost of form coincides with losing Kaka to injury. There is nobody that can replace him, even when spending 80 million euros. Remember when Shevchenko left, the club promise a replacement but none came and the club struggled in front of the goal. Only now that pato has improved that Milan seems to recover from losing Shevchenko. Milan will no doubt be back on top one day, but I predict a few years of struggle ahead.
B&G Mush Die (one day and preferably before I do)
I think I will follow Punishs' suggestion and boycott Milan until a new regime helms the club, however long it takes. I'm sure berlusconi will die before I do, barring any unforeseen circumstances. I think in the meantime I will follow carlo and support Chelsea. Or real Madrid. Nah, Bercelona will surely kick their ass so I will support Bercelona.

^guys u have to realize, this offer is also like man you offer. if anyone comes to me with crazy money, for kaka. ill say yes. THEN, i will ask kaka to decide himself what he wants to do now?
stop blaming the B&G for kaka leaving, coz it is obvious they couldnt say no to money. so did kaka!
While, you can blame B&G for letting gourcoff go, coz they couldnt promise him a full time start up. n u can blame them for bringing players who cant play anymore. o well

Great man this Kaka.. done great things with AC Milan.
Guys, I've always admired your club and to see Kaka go, much like Henry left Arsenal. It's a sound financial decision and it s good time for him to start new project.
The Galacticos are back.....
