how's the conclusion?

Hi

We have tested with a few of our other units and we did not encounter such problems.

You can drop by our office to test your purchased device on the spot.

If the problem occurs only to your device, we will then immediately replace another unit for you.

If the problem doesn't occur to any of the devices including yours, which means the problem is irrelevant to the device.

Please bring the entire packaging, accessories, battery and etc for the purchased device including your own laptop/netbook and SIM to perform several tests on the spot.

Regards

The 1st video posted was using Desktop http://youtu.be/NBo36Y5As0g]http://youtu.be/NBo36Y5As0g. Now the latest video posted was using Laptop http://youtu.be/bRkgq1mTVCg. Tested both but problem still persist.

Kindly replace the FAULTY device with the NEW WELL WORKING device or else just FULL REFUND the money paid

I've been their office tested using their Desktop, the device was just working fine. I just don't know y  rclxub.gif

Pls just change another unit for me for the next visit as I don't want to waste everyone time.

Tht's it. Tx
*
Hi there

It is clearly proven that the device is not faulty as you stated yourself it was working fine at our office.

Moreover at our office, you were testing the device for a long duration and no operational problem occured at any point.
Therefore it is not faulty as you assume.

All your claims above are irrelevant and baseless towards the device an we can't grant you an exchange for that.

Please read the terms and condition below of the cash invoice where "Goods sold are not refundable".

There are so many other factors which can cause the problem as you've outlined which has nothing to do with the device.

One of the main problem may be related due to the network instability or infrastructure at your area.

The point here is why should we replace a device which is operating without any problem?
How are we suppose to justify the unit is faulty and get a replacement from our supplier when it is working fine?

Lastly, we can't offer full-refund just because you assume it is faulty, we can only trade in your device as it a used unit now.

Regards

then i shall initiate complain to TTPM

any guys who facing devices problem other than this 760s can log complain to TTPM if Buyers are facing unhappy trade with their Seller.

Hi there

No worries, please go ahead and exercise your rights as a buyer and we will also exercise our rights as a seller.

We have sold so many units and no one faced any issues except you.

If we are selling faulty units, there will be tons of complaints here but fortunately one and only from you who fail to understand simple explanation.

Moreover on 27th June 2013, 08:43 AM Post #92, we have clearly stated to bring your own laptop/netbook to prove your claims but you failed to do so and came unprepared.

Finally, we will deal through e-tribunal as you insist.

thinking to buy this soon.

just my thought when i read Steve75 issue, maybe it caused by the usb cable, or usb hub. If the cable is original come with the modem, then need to plug to different usb port direct to computer or power plug socket, try to not use usb hub just like some harddisk also got this problem.
*
Hi,

Yes, we have ready stock and do let us know when you're ready to buy one.

Yes, as you have outlined, that could also be a possible problem too due to lack of power supply.

got the modem from the seller at the shop on Saturday.
Everything was fine, but manual is missing ( that's why i'm not able to go into modem setting without the user guide), only noticed after went back. Left there or it suppose taken out by you?
*
Hi there

At times, some of the packages are not equipped with the manual.

We have e-mailed you the manual on the same day of purchase at 1.53pm

However you can download the manual via PDF from https://www.hightail.com/download/bWJweVd1K3g5Rlk5WThUQw

Just take note that on page 6, it must be http://bigpond.4g instead of http://telstra.4g to access the interface for the device.

Thank you for your purchase smile.gif

Kind regards

yes, received the manual thru email. Thanks!

p/s : i'm running it without the battery and using power plug always on. So far no disconnect, but will see it is stable or not without battery.
*
Hi again

Appreciate your notification on receiving the manual.

However, using the device without the battery or power plug is not indicated or recommended by the manufacturer neither in their manual nor their technical datasheet specification.

Their official datasheet can be found on the link below
Link: http://www.netgear.com/images/NG_760S_29Mar1318-74100.pdf

That is the reason we did not indicate, assure or recommend such operation at all.
We recommend the battery to be inserted at all times while the device is being operated.

Thank you again smile.gif

Kind regards

SIERRA 760S VS huawei E398
Signal and speed that is better ? aircard Original?
*
Hi there

Both units are LTE 100Mbps ready.
The function is totally different for both as 1 being a MiFi Modem Router (Sierra 760s) and another being a USB Modem (Huawei E398).
The results are almost the same, however Huawei products are known for reliability and being the market leader 3G/4G products.

All our units are original/authentic, subject to network provider logo as per our advertisement.

Hi there

That is something you need to refer to your IPTV provider in regards to compatibility as we did not assure or indicated that it may function since we did not provide the IPTV service.

Hope that helps.

but i change other 3 g modem can support my IPTV ,so isnt yr 760s hv problem
*
Hi again

Such comparison is irrelevant as we did not mention on our listings that it is compatible with any IPTV.

A 3G Modem and a 4G MiFi Modem Router is 2 different devices with different functions.

Do refer to the features as we listed below on our listings.

Features:
Able to connect with any Wi-Fi enabled device
Supports up to 10 devices via Wi-Fi and 1 via USB cable
One-touch connection and LCD screen display
Hassle free installation, just Plug-N-Play
Friendly user interface
SIM Lock released for usage with any 4G / 3G network worldwide*
*Do not hard reset the device as it will cause the device to be locked again
Able to share Micro SD files via Wireless
2 x TS9 External Antenna slot
Operation time up to 4 working hours*
*Operation times and performance of battery may vary depending on operator network configuration, signal strength and usage.

Therefore just because it does not support your IPTV, it does not mean the device is faulty.

As long the unit you bought from us is able to broadcast Wi-Fi and able to connect to the internet then it is perfectly fine.

If you are facing problem with any of the above listed functions, we are more than happy to look into it and resolving it accordingly.

Regards

Did u help me wth this problem.

Hi

Sierra 312U is only a modem and Sierra 760S is a mifi modem router.

As we have mentioned before, you need to refer to your IPTV provider in regards to the compatibility as it is beyond our control.

Hi Andrew,

I need so advise from you regarding my broadband plan. I am currently still under DIGI Explore 12GB plan using a Huawei E5832 Mifi i purchased from you few years back and i checked that my download speed is around 2Mbps. If i upgrade my Mifi to this Sierra Mifi will my speed increase or do i have to subscribe to another broadband plan for faster speed hmm.gif ? Do you have any recommendation on which broadband plan is good for torrent downloading laugh.gif ? Thanks in advance notworthy.gif
*
Hi there

Huawei E5832 is able to deliver downlink speeds up to 7.2Mbps.

You may get a slight increment in speed due to newer chip-sets being used on newer MiFi modem router these days.

We would suggest you to check with DiGi on what is their maximum downlink speed allocated for your plan.

Everyone is subscribing to Maxis these days for their known blazing speeds and Celcom is also coming up in order to keep up.

Hope that helps.

Hi

As we mentioned several times, that is beyond our control and we did not indicate at any point of time that our units are compatible with any IPTV.

Moreover, prior to purchase you didn't consult if it is compatible with any IPTV.

Therefore there is nothing we can do on our end.

We can only assure all the features listed by us is working accordingly.

Fast delivery. Took three days from ordering and the item to arrived in my hand. This device helps me connect at LTE speed on 25th floor 1st Avenue which previously cannot be achieved with phone. Those working in 1st Avenue at the top should know.
