1. Go to the menu on your blackberry (just press the button with the symbol of the blackberry)
2. Go to settings 3. Then go to options 4. Choose Advanced options 5. Choose sim card 6. Type MEPD 7. Will be a lot of options, like SIM, Network, Network Subset, Service Provider, and corporate. There will be information, enable or disable 8. If the description show Enable more than disabled, it can be said if your blackberry is still locked by a particular operator 9. Original Telco menas local original set.. As I know only its original Telco can unlocked your phone.. But you can try google around they might be ways to solve your problem..

Refer post #147 then you will know it is a lock and unlocked set.. SIM Card is there or not also no problem..
Most of the BlackBerry dosent have receipt because the bought from Telco.. Receipt only provided if they bought AP Set from dealer/shops.. |

If your vendor is Vodafone then should be lock by them.. Just double check with your previous seller make him/her released the PIN that he/she used before.. If you go yourself to DiGi I worried they might not entertained you. Better go with your previous seller..
