have been checking around but still not finding my answer yet
i need to change my current house ownership (mom + aunt) to my name. apart from going to the lawyers, i believe this can be done personally via Pejabat Tanah and Galian Selangor right? Anyone has any idea how to and what is needed? Even if going to the lawyers, any idea how much they charged and what do they require from us? Thanks! |

assume if halfway through financing...and just want to transfer name... own family members...no sales actually... if it's still under financing, still need to consider refinance and do S&P? or can just transfer name? |
