hi bros here....when doing wireless flash on sony a350, how do i stop my on camera flash from flashing, and only the wireless flash fire??

fellow experienced members..normally flash got how long life span??? if the bulb burn then how? can replace?? who can replacE other than sony??

hmm wanna ask u guys here...if in wide (17mm) then shoot like a bunch of ppl/group photo at round table, the flash should i aim straight at their face or bounce ceiling (high ceiling though)
ps. my flash got a diffuser also, should i remove it?? |
