Yea, I'm waiting too. Anyway, it means I'll keep saving money and if the passion to upgrade dies off, I can spend it somewhere else.Photography The Sony Alpha Thread V25!, The Orange Legion

I personally felt that batteries drained faster in cold weather. This happened when I was at South Island.

QUOTE(shootkk @ May 8 2009, 10:32 AM) bysquashy : It is a fact that batteries don't perform that well under cold weather. Last time I was in China with a PnS, the battery died after only 5 or 6 shots and it was darn cold at the time! I was literally standing on ice christ_0205 : Why are you looking for a 55-200mm when you already have the 18-250mm? Wouldn't that just overlap your 18-250mm? I haven't sorted out my photos yet. Yes, I work like crazy and all my friends think that I don't have a life. I'm tempted to prepare at least 1 photo to post here but my company don't allow me to upload stuff. Imageshack, photobucket, flickr, etc are blocked. Unless I email someone to upload it here |

@sig - cannot be humidity la, the humidity in Malaysia is much more higher compared to other countries. Unless you are saying the less humid it is, the less shots you can shoot :/

It really good that we have a helpful community. We get help and in turn we help others.
My boss bought A350 long time ago. We would discuss about Alpha even though we are few thousand KMs apart. He recently wanted to jump to Canon so that his family would have Sony, Nikon, Olympus and Canon (rich people have funny ideas). Today he asked how come my pics are so vibrant and I told him to change his color settings. He found a new love for his Alpha now. |

QUOTE 在和佳能EF 24-70F2.8L USM镜头对阵中,适马头获得了全面的胜利 这支24-70有着较强的综合实力,和素质较高的尼康、索尼镜头比拼中还能打个平手。 Loosely translated: Compared to Canon EF 24-70F2.8L USM, Sigma wins in all aspects. This 24-70 (Sigma) is strong in all aspects and compared to higher quality Nikkor and Zeiss lens, its a draw. The question now is, berapa?
