for me noise at iso 3200 its not a BIG problem. nowaday noise is a part of art.

flash can last for a very long time. i have seen a >15 year external flash that still can be use. flash can be repair. the bulb inside can be replace. i also believe there is other shop can fix the flash. but if u ask me where to fix other than sony service centre i have no idea right now.
