I bought it, it's only 10bux anyway. 3 McD value meals. I can replace ramen for those.

Just got released, played a few hours. All I can say is that it's seriously intense. You'll most likely die around wave 8/10 where hordes of zombies swarm all over you.

You fight the Patriarch, which is basically the "boss zombie"
He has a minigun, and a rocket launcher that instagibbed me. He can also cloak, run really damn fast to smash your face in and run away to heal. Overall he's a b****. |

More visceral than l4d, also ammo conservation is important, since you buy them at the end of each wave. No unlimited ammo collection like in l4d.
The perks also add a lot to gameplay. Think of them as classes you level up. The 6 types, simplified are: Medic Shotgunner Sniper Machinegunner Meleer Flamer |

Not that many SG/MY servers yet.
There are a lot of JP servers though (around 100 ping) for some reason. So it should be fine. |

Doubtful there'll ever be a hardcopy of this. Tripwire is a small company. RO didn't have a boxed release as well.

Probably because licensing the UT3 engine would cost quite a lot of money, and Tripwire is a small dev group, so they can't afford that.

Haven't played in a while. Since they're adding new shit, I guess I could pick it up again.
