is this "HL106E (S) 85Mbps Homeplug Turbo Ethernet Adaptor - *World's Smallest* (Single Unit) RM109" suitable for unifi IPTV?

i need to connect the IPTV unit downstairs fr the modem upstairs. does the speed sufficient?

how far can the distance which the 2 units can support?
