which country u use? GENERIC or China? if use SEUS, the firmware will be from China

any1 try before the cyber shut v3.2 before ??

hello k850 owners ... i wanna know if anyone has similar problem to my k850

previously, this phone is doesn't not have any problem. But starting last 2 weeks, when i use the phone eg. sms-ing, playing game , the whole screen went black and the kepads have white lights on constantly. Whatever i do didn't not change anything, i had to wait for a few minutes for the keypad lightings to go off, then only the phone "resume" its function.

Anyone encounter this problem?

I got this problem last time.. change the screen will solve the problem

oh nice , so its a screen problem. is there any charges for changing the screen?

of course.. the lcd may cost around rm100 for non ori and around rm170 for ori

if still under original warranty.. free lo..
if din have warranty and u send to SE service center u will charged

definitely they'll using SEUS. not a2uploader. lolx lucky for you then. im using CHINA firmware. hopefully wont face problems like the GENERIC one

added: guys, do u know wat kind of software which can take pics of our hp screen? snapshot is it? cant find it
