for me, it is quite okay. but i dont know how to compare becoz didnt use any firmware besides what i had listed before. my fren used to flash his K850 with ORANGE firmware. the menus and standby screen is a bit different from the GENERIC one.


i went to the SE service centre in Ipoh just now. i've told them that my K850 is abit hard to press its volume rocker. later, they took my phone inside their technician room. when they came out, they said, mybe the center board got problem or dirt accumulated at my volume rocker. the later reason is acceptable, but center board got problem? wtf? wanna 'kaut untung lebih' ka?

i dont know bout that bro. i'll try go to amcorp mall SE service centre. but need to wait till nex month

added: i dont know this is a problem or not. just wanna ask u guys. after i unplug the usb from the mass storage mode, the theme will be set to the default theme which is Crystal. also, i kept receiving the same msg from Maxis asking me to save the 3G n mms setting. does this happen to u guys?

currently the theme is on my memory card. later i'll try put it into the phone memory and we'll see it works or not. thanx bro

added: yes! it works bro. before i plug in the cable into my pc, i've transfered the theme into the phone memory. after that, i removed the usb cable, the theme didnt change to default 'Crystal' theme again. thanx

if AP, i dont trust the technician if we send to them for repair and services. they can change our hardware inside without we knowing it. yes, Original is abit expensive but, also need to look at the pocket too
