the touch screen button comes along with LCD,
so u need to change the LCD too
and if i'm not mistake,Ap LCD cost about RM 90,plus labour work about RM20
total= RM110

u need three files,

2.Regions and languages (the extension file should be.fs)

for firmware, u need to register at that forum,
just a few step and free,so u can register there..

u should go for generic apac

for custom pack, u need to:
using FileSystem tool, and copying the files in the zip (or just Customize.xml) to \TPA\PRESET\CUSTOM\

the button keypad for # already broken laa
now i'm using glue UHU to make sure it still there.
but the problem is hard to press the # button after put the glue..
need to press hard..

so, just try asking here about the price,
maybe will go and change the keypad one day..

i'm user of this model
and my advice is to stay away from this model
why u want to use this phone while u got better options like c901,c902?
this phone (k850i) got BROD(blue ring of death)
it's will hang after 2-3 months of use.
yes, u can format it back and it will work again,
but the problem never solve yet
