yeah...BROD is unavoidable even on newest firmware R1FA035...but if u get one,just reflash using SEUS..no worries

but for me I need send to service center..
Mine are CJ7 version.. If I reflash all my application, soundtrack and wallpaper all gone..

what if u're away from yr pc n your phone brod'ed on you when u need to make an urgent call?

Bro, it just sometimes the screen went blackout when pressing the keypad, sometimes Ok. no problem with touch pad though.

already a newest version,

so then i using a2uploader laa

if ur hp is not BROD and u want to update using SEUS,can u update it????i think SEUS cant recognize ur cda..i have the same problem too before...although my firmware is R1CA029,SEUS said that i already have newest version....haha...

how bout the CDA? do u have the correct list of CDA to be used?

i got similar BROD problem (or whatever they name it) with my mom;s k850i..

screen light goes off even the slightest of touch to certain buttons....must wait till the keypad lights go off then only can press any other buttons back to normal...

i went to Sony ericsson service centre klcc, they said lcd screen problem...

since my mom lost the warranty card (its ori set from midland & they said can't claim warranty without the warranty card), they quote me rm280 to change the lcd... can be repaired in 1 day (within a few hours only)....

so i said never mind la...i want to find warranty card first...

but is it true aaa change lcd cost rm280 and it can be done within a few hours can siap ?

Yup.. in few hours they finish repair.. if the shop dont have many handphone to repair..
u try go to other service center? u still can nego with them..

becoz last time one forummer told me that he encounter the same problem & send it back to authorize sony ericsson service centre, its only cost rm150..... its different everytime haa??

my mom's k850i also CJ7 version....with the flight tickets promotion... i just completed flash the phone it with latest firmware...but the problem still occur....
