Hey there guys and girls
I am 24 years old from the UK and currently a student. Starting to get overweight now and starting to get very worried about my size 18st (american 252lb). I know i am ashamed. But as i am a student and currently poor all i have is a gravity strider and weight which i have a bar and curling bars with weights that add up to 50kg.
So i am looking for advice from good people i have been looking in this forum to see that you are all good hearted people inside and out ;D
So i was wondering if you have any advice for me, any routines or plans
