the germans can produce 1000NM of torque with that size of capacity.
if Campro CPS can produce 125bhp in 1.6L
means 3.2L should have 250BHP ... 6.0L is roughly near to 500bhp .
this makes the american looks sissy ...

While this simple calculation/comparison is correct (in pure numbers' terms), it also assumes that everything else about the engine are constants - engine revs, AF ratio, internal friction etc, which is hardly accurate.

In general, smaller engines produce higher specific power (output/displacement) compared to bigger engines with comparable tuning states.

As I've said in a different forum, that's not a real SL65 AMG. Too many inconsistencies in the details.

This is not taken in M'sia right?

Nice new E-class there, wonder when Malaysia will have it.  brows.gif

The top picture is of an E-Class Coupe, not an E-Class. The one in the background of the first picture is an E-Class.

As per norm, Merc Malaysia will bring in the new generation E-Class about 6 months after it is widely available in Europe. The CBU versions should be here by the year's end, CKD about a year from now.

igor87 - how do you tell between the sedan and coupe of the new e class?
*
The regular E-Class does not have the large 3 Pointed Star emblem on its front grille.
That is only used on Mercedes' niche products (E-Class Coupe included), and also the current C-Class (only in Avantgarde trim).

And the E-Class Coupe's front light clusters are somewhat smaller and sleeker, which is very apparent in the picture.

This V19 sure uses a Lamborghini engine like the RS-6.Hope so.Nice pics man.Rarely to get this pic.I challenge anyone who can capture a Bugatti Veyron wins a lifetime picture pass.(No pass at all) brows.gif

Mate, that Touareg V10 TDI is a diesel, with no relations whatsoever to the Gallardo/RS6's V10.

I want that blue Spyder.I wish there's a 16M Scuderia Spyder here.Looks sexy.Using Scuderian technology.biggrin.gif

And Scuderia is just "Team" in Italian, and is not specific to Ferrari. Toro Rosso's full team name is Scuderia Toro Rosso too.

Lexus IS-F. Hate the SEMA-esque styling.

nice....

was it particularly noisy?

Yup pretty loud, but in a refined way. Very audible even in my double glazed W220 S-Class, which is a rare occurrence.

Hi guys smile.gif I was surprised to see a picture of my car sent to me by anson to my mailbox.

I know that there are mixed reviews on this car, i guess also it is due to the fact that it really isn't an m3 killer per se. But, straight line no probs!

Loathe it or Love it, i know the styling really doesn't shout out "Love at first sight to many" but i love this car. I fell in love with it when i first drove it a year ago and i said, when i have earnt enough, borrowed enough etc.. ill buy this car, and here it is. The very first one and the only one in Malaysia. I went through hell and back to get this car haha.. and even now my road tax kills me..

The best thing about this car? The sound at 3800RPM. And then again at 6000RPM. It still makes me wanna cry haha smile.gif

Anyway, Thanks for the plug!

And Anson <3

IS F.  F means F**King AWESOME. F is for Flagship one.

Yours is not the only IS-F here, as I've said before, a friend of mine saw and took a picture of a white one a few days back. And he's a proper car nut as well, won't be fooled by fake mod jobs.

Nice car you have there btw. I don't like the looks, but I can sure appreciate the combination of raw power and luxury. Had a blast with it in New Zealand a couple of months back, though ultimately I'd still prefer an E46 M3 CS or an RS4 over it. Somehow the 8-speed automatic gearbox doesn't cut it for me, haha.

RM590k is quite a decent price for the car though, given that the much cheaper (in the UK at least) E46 M3 CS I once considered was going for RM560k, and the equally priced (again in the UK) E92 M3 is RM723k.

And the F in the name doesn't stand for flagship mate. It's Fuji, as in the Toyota-owned racetrack.

LOL the SC430 is such a mundane looking car.
The LS600h is, to me, the epitome of what Lexus is all about - luxurious but doesn't shout about it. If the trade in value of my S430 is any higher I'd get that as a replacement.
