U mean it isn't a Balboni? Hw to differentiate? I mistook it too...the R8 reminds me of the Singaporean one from anType's flickr...nt sure though most probably Malaysian.
*
R8 is from Singapore. Balboni is the new Gallardo, with different headlights. This is the old Gallardo with custom Balboni stripe.

You're confusing it with JP 88... That is still a Ferrari.
WJP 88 was a silver Porsche GT3

Nice pic of WSJ88; I've always liked the anthracite rims.

The car belongs to a retired British guy who stays in Malaysia under the Malaysia Second Home programme. Brought that beauty from UK without paying the tax.

Won't be seeing the car for a while though, it broke down during the race and is now on the way to Singapore for servicing.

I'd say that is a late'07/ early'08 manual? Do you happen to know why it broke down?
*
The car couldn't move forward or backwards, due to some mechanical failure. They didn't know for sure yesterday - it broke down when I was about to leave, so I couldn't stay to get the details.
There was an Aston Martin specialist from Singapore (he came on Friday afternoon, because they also had some problems during the practice) and he diagnosed the car yesterday, but couldn't say what was the exact problem.
