joke aside, is there any special bios for x3 720BE for ya board?

last week i burn my 955 with prime95 for 21hours room temp like super hot.... and then yesterday got my electric bill as fast as lightning i lock it in my drawer..... so that the MAM wont see it...

spoilt my mobo....while its running, i notice my nb cooler not fit properly,,then try to fit it...after that..out,,
haish..

Should not be much just 21 hours stress right?

Miahahaha, it's still not the max ler bro, still godek2 looking for the sweet spot, goin up bit by bit..
Only targeting up to 3.7ghz, so far so good, last time using my older ST56F i can't even get it OCCT stable at 3.2ghz at the same volt..
Haven't found any special bios for unlocking the 4th core yet, but i did able to download MSI new official bios.. Right now still using ver1.6, new ver is 1.7..
By the way when u oc ur old 720BE did u up d volt for the NB?? I kept getting memory purge when i oc over 3.4ghz..

You shouldnt do it while the system is running.Even just a scratch could spoilt the mobo..What mobo is it?

mine usually is 40-50... latest add 20+ he..he..

well when i was playing with the 720be i only crank up the cpu-nb voltage and once a while nb volt but usually not over 1.3v...

for cpu-nb volt depends on the nb speed 2000-2200mhz i put default volt more than 2400-2500mhz 1.25-1.30volt
for nb volt 1.25-1.28v....

Mine 3000 Mhz NB Volt around 1.35V
CPU NB Volt i think on stock..
Does NB Speed increase performance?If it does,in what?gaming?editing?..etc

3.5GHz should be a breeze for 720BE if no unlockin involved. start from there & keep whackin it w/ volts until u hit d wall. after that, then only bring down d volt w/ more burn in.

forget bout offcial bios if u want to unlock d 4th core, amd ledi warned all d manufacturer not to include d special feature in their official bios, however, beta bios are allowed.

as far as i remember, i didn't touch any vhtt & vnb when i clock d x3, addin vimc is more important, that was on 790fx board ofcourse.

no comment for 790gx board as i didn't have enuf time w/ d 790gx3, u can fly me d chip so that i can test for u, since now i got a "secret" 790gx board...

why la ur hand so gatal wanna godek2 the nb cooler while pc system is running now u have to pay for what u have done....
throw u a mobo no... but throw away ur mobo might...go break all ur tabung and count see weather can get new mobo or not...
