i have tried to create a lan server over my hostel network
but my friend only can see my server, but unable to join the server, the server appeared to be time out?? any idea and help plz... |

i can play counter strike on my hostel network but unfortinely i cant connet to the cod4 server but cant c it the server appeared to be timed out =S |

no cs is cod4 i tried to host where the fire wall is turned off,but cant join duno wat is the problem mayb is the port problem=S |

u are using a router right? i believe certain ports have been blocked for some reason...i experience it in the past but after i change to a different router then problem solved
