ffmichael, when you jailbreaked, u used itunes 8.0 or itunes 9.0?

plus i'm a bit blurry bout this, so you skipped the restore step at the beginning and straight go to step 4 (as mentioned in the guide)

your iphone is the 3G(s) with firmware 3.0.1 right? but when redsn0w prompt for a corresponding firmware, you selected 3.0 instead?

been reading too much on jailbreaking that i'm all fuzzy n confused bout it now. haha.

i'm using an iPhone 3Gs firmware 3.0.1 btw. just got it.
