hi there, this could be caused by ur iphone not having the settings required to access the data services. if thats the problem then its easy to fix. Go to 'settings', 'general' and 'network' . you shld then find 'cellular network settings' or ' data settings'. u shld then be at a page where you got to type in your apn, user, password. I was on Celcom 3g so i used, apn=Celcom 3g, User=User, and Password=Wap. It worked fine after that. I have since changed to Maxis and this setting no longer appears. Could be because its been preset by Maxis.
