firmware 3.1.2 can be Unlocked and Jailbreaked ady??

im planning to upgrade my 3G from 3.0 to 3.1.2
Pwnagetool/Redsn0w/Purple&Blackra1n Thread, 2G/3G/3GS Jailbreak[iPhone 3.1.2 is OUT]
