Anyone can tell me what is the advantage of upgrading from 3.01 --> 3.12?

I'm currently using 3GS 3.01 JB, is it really worth it to go through all the hassle to upgrade to 3.12 if there aren't any significant improvements on anything itself?

I do not have any qualms about on 3.01 right now atm, the updated features just doesn't seem very appealing enough to me to lose my high score in flight control hahaaha...

But if 3.12 has an improved battery life over 3.01, I will upgrade in a flash! At my current usage, it normally just about last me through from 8am till midnight the same day
