Want to ask : PC speaker connect to LCD monitor

I need to ask..
I have - Altec speaker VS2421 - HP HDMI LCD Monitor - PS3 So my problem is i cant use my speaker sound with my LCD monitor. The monitor has option to detect pc analog audio, HDMI audio. So when i set PC the sound not there. When i set to hdmi audio the sound is there. do i need other wayer/jack/converter for my speaker so it can use with my lcd? Attached thumbnail(s)

thats the only jack for audio...sheeshhh...is there any converter like pc jack to analog jack?
