Hi everyone.


Let me first introduce myself. I am a recently retired government servant - a teacher to be exact. I have to say that education and teaching has been my life-long passion, and I still continue to learn and update myself with as much as I can. The internet for example, is a wonderful resource for information. I was browsing through the internet, and came across Lowyat.net Forums, which I found to be quite useful in my property search. Since retiring I have been interested in investments, and have come to the conclusion that residential properties (landed or condo/apartments) suites my investment criteria and outlook. This will be my first property, as I never thought of investing in my younger days, something which on hindsight I kind of regretted .

I am looking for new developments/launches of properties in the Klang Valley area, and thus decided to create this thread, where hopefully Lowyat forumers (property veterans/gurus ) can come and post notable and latest developments with locations, price range, amenities etc (Just the basics, not in-depth discussions, which will hopefully be created as separate threads if there is great interest).

There you have it, something about myself, and something which I sincerely hope the Lowyat community can help me in (and hopefully for other investors as well!).
