If tarc is out of their price range...then i dont know where else you can go...tarc offers the cheapest price found in the market....and dont forget about ptptn loan...

my roommate took diploma in building in ktar too and he told me that there was one time a chinese newspaper wrote an article saying that ktar's diploma in building isnt recognized by much people outside (thats what i heard) so if you really want to venture into this field and in ktar, i suggest you think of quantity surveying.

Reason why because Utar/Ktar=semi-subsidized, So if you cant afford this u cant afford others, Even iptas are around these price.

actually with ptptn loan...there's no saying that you still cant afford studying ktar/utar
this is because for e.g,
-a diploma course in ktar cost less than rm7k....and ptptn loan gives you 10k...
-a degree course in utar cost around 28k...and ptptn loan up to 40k....

if you're hardworking enough to work part time and dont simply spend your money, your parents wont even need to fork out any money to support you also, you can be totally independent.
