Behind city mall at Jalan Tun Razak. A small house renovated to become a restaurant. You'll have to ask around.

I don't remember the restaurant's name, but it was the first time I've ever had chawanmushi that's even better that the ones I had in my 5-year stay in Japan.

Reasonably priced, I think... Someone paid for my bill the last time I went there, so I don't know how expensive/cheap it is.
