Hi,
My friend just reached UK 3 days ago.
On her 1st day, she can use the bbm using wifi with no problem.
Then her no. got barred because exceeded credit limit which is only rm50.
so i paid the bill for her and the line is active now but she cant use bbm anymore, she changed her sim card once from celcom to maxis then changed back to celcom before i paid her bill.

-her international roaming is active
-can make calls and receive calls
-can use wifi and whatsapp
-pulled the battery and simcard few times and reboot
-tried using vodafone simcard and bbm can be used but not with celcom
-host routing table showed no entries
-data services: on ; while roaming: off

is there any possibilities that her pin got locked when she changed to maxis simcard?
she used vodafone network while roaming

now she still cant use bbm
please help guys!
