yo guys im having a big problem on blackberry storm 9500.

after plugging it into my computer using the blackberry desktop manager, my storm has been asking me for the pin.
so i see my 8 digit pin from the desktop manager and try to key it in.

but I CANNOT type alphabets as the alphabets are all missing from the keyboard. only numbers present.

can anyone help? am currently locked out of the storm...

all help is appreciated guys. if it really comes down to it, i'll try to send it back to maxis.
