I have friends recommending these areas and all of them are promoting the area they are staying and I am torn with their promoting skills and I like all of these and also dislike all of these.
SDD sounds good as a new developed place and near to 1U, but we are not shopping maniac so it is not a must-to-have in our list.
WM has a potential to rent anything I dont like lateron to the students/youngsters. I like the old sides of it, i dont need high-end residential area, i prefer peaceful small little town, have my meal and bank issues/postoffice stuff done within walking distance under bright sunlight.
Kepong seems excellent in environment wise: chinese residential/chinese primary school/old town with everything needed,... except new developed and good apt/condo, limited choice of average good chinese primary...
Any of your comments are very much appreciated!

Wangsa Maju typically the area new Section 2. Necessities such as food, groceries, transportation are there. The most obvious is transportation i.e. Putra LRT; if you're to compare against the localities you've specified.

Think Boon taikor pretty much sums it up Another reason is that compared to all 3 locations u mentioned, WM is the nearest to city center. So over long term, cap gain n rental prospects should be better.

Damansara as first choice. Too many reasons to write here.
Wangsa Maju amongst the three choices above. For Federal Territory prop's, it's the closest to the "core centric circle", which is KLCC.
