Hi, can I know whats the difference between the following item and why is 1 cheaper than the other one ? Really interested to know before putting an order.

Ah ok. Cause I read both were 23" before you edited it. I am interested with ACER S231HL - LED. Is it possible for me to extend the warranty period?
