Last time the manipulator push to low low price around 0.30+

LCL drop a lot today. What was happening ?

(i) LCL is not able to submit its audited financial statements 2008 within the stipulated prescribed period as stated in Paragraph 9.23(b) of the Listing Requirements as the external audit is still on-going, however at finalisation stage. The Company is working closely with the auditors to finalise the audit expeditiously.

(ii) LCL will submit its audited financial statements 2008 as soon as the audit is completed

0259 GMT [Dow Jones] LCL Corp (7177.KU) +11% at 56 sen in heavy volume of 5.2 million shares; company submitted audited FY08 results yesterday, 2 days past Apr. 30 deadline. CIMB's analyst Nigel Foo notes stock fell 13% (since deadline date) due to delay over decision not to write down MYR5.0 million inventory. Audited net profit came in at MYR9.7 million, higher than unaudited net profit of MYR9.3 million. "Although this incident has dented investor sentiment on the stock, we think investors should take advantage of the share price weakness to pick up the stock as its fundamentals remain intact," Foo says. Notes, stock price has lagged (+54%) behind Middle Eastern plays such as WCT (9679.KU), Zelan (2283.KU) which gained 68%-88% year to date; keeps Trading Buy call with 94 sen target price. (VGB)

But it went up liao! Planning to buy some this morning but the price keep increasing. So, not getting it!
