Exercise. nothing beats that
and a really good diet diet is not so much of controlling ur eating, but getting in your nutrition from the right source Dude didnt you ask something like this a while back Why is it that you only want drink and not pills? u dont want pills, u dont want MRPs and u want it in drink type seems like ur asking for thermogenics but hey, those only come in caps/pills (Lipo 6, Hydroxy Hardcore, ergopharm etc etc can get from garage sales) You gotta understand why you wanna take a supplement to begin with and how it works. theres no magic in them, the most expensive supplements will not work with a lousy diet check the pre and post workout nutrition thread. its a goldmine for people who are trying to straighten out their diet And as for the 'slimming products' sold by Herbalife, the main reason they even work for a lot of malaysians is because their diets are awful to begin with, so subbing a meal of say 'nasi lemak' with a shake would definitely make a difference You're better of buying standard whey protein compared to ^ its much cheaper and is packed with more protein per serving so yea, no best slimming products here man If there was, all the BBers would be all over it |

there is not easy fat loss. You lose fat the wrong way, u gain it back so fast, you donno what hit you. people with extreme low calorie diet usually will gain back the fat to previous weight if they start to eat normal again ... even gaining more. Unless you are very strong willing power like superman, so you can stay on your very low calories for your entire life. be aware you will lose muscle this way.

I think he is looking for a fat burner (probably could have said it better!). Anyway Lipo 6 seems to be getting some good reviews. I am also contemplating on getting it, while I am losing weight, I am still not that happy. The thing with fat burners is you really need to workout and have a proper diet, if not you are wasting your money.
