Most electronics have a 10% tolerance. If Korea is 220v, then tolerance is 220v+/-10%=between ~198v-242v. Malaysia is 230v. And it's a misinformation that Malaysia is 60Hz, Malaysia is actually 50Hz (that's why the country's official TV standard is PAL

My Wii adapter says 120v 60Hz, and my stepdown only reduces power, and doesn't touch the alternation frequency. So output from my stepdown is 110v 50Hz (yes, 110v. 10v below the Wii's 120v rating). And the Wii still works like a charm. So I'd say you will most likely not have a problem with a Korean adapter plugged in direct to a Malaysian power supply.
