Sorry, I am very new to my Nokia 5800 and new to this forum also.

I have questions on Garmin Mobile XT again.

Normally which is the map file that we need?

What are below files for?
1) gmapbmap.img
2) gmapprom.img
3) gmapsupp.img

Just now I browsed a China website and it provide China full maps for free. They teach to use Keygen and choose <custom mapset> with country map code provided to get .UNL for the maps.

But it seems I need to overwrite above files. Is it ok? If I overwrite it, is my Malaysia map still available?

Once again, can anybody please tell me where to get free Garmin Italy map for Nokia 5800? I really need it by June.

I have this problem of cannot copy message before as well. I solved it in very simple way by remove and put in again my memory card.
I don't know whether it helps you or not. Maybe you can try this? I am still new on my 5800

Actually now my problem on message is that I cannot delete all mails that I downloaded from Exchange Server. Anybody know this?

Just a question, if I update my firmware to latest v21, will I lose all the info/data in my phone (especially phonebook, sms, and applications)?

Actually I forgot to ask a very first question I had since I bought the Nokia 5800.

I was using SonyEricsson K700i before this. And I am not able to transfer phonebook to PC. So I copied 250 of contacts to my SIM card.

But when I put it to Nokia 5800, all the contacts are added with "/M" behind every names. Example, "David" become "David/M".

Can anybody teach me how to remove all these 250 "/M"?

I deleted manually one by one... But that day I have "certificate not recognize" problem and perform *#7370#. Now I am very lazy to remove one by one..

Anybody so kind to teach me this? Thanks

I am taking silver-black tube.. But I feel blue colour is more sharp and I like it more..

I took the silver-black because my friend told me red and blue tubes are first batch from Nokia and with bug.. don't know whether this is true or not

May I know which version of tube you got? Original one or "AP" set?

What can you see from below menu?
Menu > Settings > Phone > Language > Phone Language

--> I have 5 options which are:
1) Automatic
2) English
3) Bahasa Indonesia
4) Bahasa Malaysia
5) Chinese Simplified (Jian Ti Zhong Wen)

--> I think if your phone is with option (5), it should be able to view Chinese

I use the "Mail for Exchange" to check my emails..
It is very good that it will download all the mails to my phone and i can check very fast..

But after that, I am not able to delete the mails from my phone.. I think it occupied the space.. '
