How about you make a test, use the original theme and see how it gonna be. It's just my suggestion though. If I'm not mistaken you already did the hard reset right? After all that done, your last resort is send to NCC.

i think he missed that part to select the built in GPS during the first time start up where u need to choose several settings. i couldnt remember because i installed long time ago lol. i couldnt find it in settings also now

go to tools, setting, system, remove gps and select integrated gps.

just continue with the installation
